We are excited to announce our brand new 'Source Candidates' feature!  Unlike our existing SourceFirst interface, 'Source Candidates' allows you to search your internal Exelare Database while simultaneously searching external resume boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice & TechFetch. Results are returned as a 'Preview' from each site, allowing users to choose which resumes to view and which to ignore.
