Exelare Web Release Notes

We are excited to introduce an improved Saved Lists organization experience in Exelare. This enhancement makes it easier for recruiters and teams to manage related lists without opening multiple separate tabs.

Instead of every Saved List opening as its own tab, related Saved Lists are now grouped under the main parent list. This gives users a cleaner workspace and makes it easier to organize candidates, contacts, or job-related data in one place.

📁 Parent and Child Saved Lists

Saved Lists can now be organized in a parent-child structure.

For example, a recruiter working on a specific job can create a main Saved List for that job and then organize related candidates into child lists such as:

• • Submitted
• • Follow Up
• • Shortlisted

This helps recruiters keep all related records together instead of switching between multiple separate tabs.

🧭 Cleaner Navigation

All Saved Lists related to a parent list are now opened and managed within one organized tab structure.

This reduces screen clutter and makes it easier for users to understand where they are working, especially when managing multiple lists for the same job, client, or campaign.

🖱️ Drag and Drop Support

Users can now quickly move records using drag and drop.

Recruiters can drag candidates directly from the grid into a Saved List in the tree. They can also move records from one child list to another, making list organization much faster and more intuitive.

This improvement is especially helpful when recruiters are actively working through a list of candidates for a job.

Instead of manually opening lists, switching tabs, and updating records one by one, users can now organize candidates visually and quickly as they review them.

📝 Floating Quick Notes

Recruiters can now access Quick Notes from the bottom area of the screen and keep it available while reviewing candidate information.

• Take Notes Without Leaving the Screen: Users can add notes while reviewing a resume, profile, pipeline history, activities, documents, or any other candidate tab.
• Always Available: Instead of switching back and forth between tabs, Quick Notes can stay visible so recruiters can capture important details immediately.

📌 Dock Quick Notes Where You Need It

Users can open Quick Notes and dock it in the desired location based on how they prefer to work.

• Flexible Note Taking: While reviewing a resume, recruiters can keep Quick Notes docked on the screen and continue adding notes without interrupting their workflow.
• Better Use of Screen Space: Quick Notes can be shown only when needed, helping users keep the main candidate preview clean while still having notes one click away.

👤 Faster Candidate Access

We have also improved candidate navigation from the left-side menu.

• Active View Opens by Default: When users click Candidates from the left menu, Exelare now opens the Active candidate view by default.
• Fewer Clicks: Since Active Candidates is one of the most commonly used views, this saves time and reduces extra navigation steps.
• Additional Views Still Available: Users can continue to open other candidate views as needed, such as My Active, Activity, Archived, Duplicates, Saved Lists, and more.

⚡ Improved Recruiter Workflow

These enhancements are focused on reducing click fatigue and helping recruiters capture information at the right moment.

• Review and Capture Together: Recruiters can review resumes or candidate details and immediately enter important notes without navigating away.
• Cleaner Daily Workflow: Opening the Active candidate list by default makes the system feel faster and more natural for everyday recruiting activity.

We are excited to introduce a powerful new Questionnaires feature directly inside Exelare ATS. Many staffing companies currently rely on separate tools like Google Forms to collect candidate screening information and then manually copy those responses back into their ATS.

Exelare now eliminates that extra step by allowing recruiters to create, send, track, and manage questionnaires directly within Exelare. Candidate responses, sent emails, questionnaire status, and screening details are all stored inside the candidate record for easy access.

📝 Built-in Questionnaire Management

Users can create customized questionnaires directly from the Admin Module.

Create Questionnaires: Go to Admin Module > Questionnaires and click + Create Questionnaire to build screening forms for different roles, industries, or candidate types.

Structured Screening: Questionnaires help recruiters collect consistent information from candidates before moving them further in the hiring process.

🤖 Generate Questions with AI

Recruiters can also use Generate with AI to automatically create job-specific screening questions.

Job-Based Question Creation: Select a job, and Exelare can automatically generate relevant questionnaire questions based on the job requirement.

Faster Setup: This helps recruiters save time while still creating targeted, meaningful questions for each position.

📧 Send by Email or SMS

Recruiters can easily send questionnaires to candidates from within Exelare.

Email and SMS Options: Questionnaires can be sent using either Email or SMS, making it easier to reach candidates through their preferred communication method.

Candidate Communication History: Once a questionnaire is emailed, the sent email is automatically recorded under the candidate’s History/Notes/Mails section.

📋 Track Responses Inside Candidate Records

A dedicated Questionnaires tab is now available inside the candidate record.

View Sent Questionnaires: Recruiters can see all questionnaires that were sent to the candidate, along with their current status.

Review Submitted Answers: Completed questionnaire responses can be reviewed directly from the candidate profile, keeping all screening information organized in one place.

☎️ Manually Capture Answers During Phone Screening

If a recruiter speaks with a candidate by phone before the candidate completes the questionnaire, the recruiter can manually enter the candidate’s answers.

Phone Screening Support: Click the Edit button, enter the candidate’s responses, and click Submit to save the answers.

No Lost Information: This ensures that important candidate details collected during phone calls are still captured in a structured format inside Exelare.
