💬 WhatsApp Integration
Reach candidates where they are most active. You can now send direct messages via WhatsApp from within Exelare. Use templates and merge fields to personalize your outreach at scale while maintaining a modern communication flow.
📧 Intelligent Submission CC
When submitting candidates to jobs with a Secondary Contact, Exelare now automatically includes that contact in the CC field of the submission email. This ensures all stakeholders are kept in the loop instantly without manual entry.
🏗️ Next-Gen Parsing & Imports
- Advanced “Grab IT” Parse: Extracting profiles from web pages is now even more intuitive. If the parser misses a specific detail, simply drag and drop text from the left-side source directly into the right-side data fields to map it.
- Auto-Mapping CSV Imports: Our improved CSV engine now automatically detects and maps standard fields. For any unmapped data, a simple dropdown allows you to finalize your columns in seconds.
- Saved List Search: You no longer have to scroll through dozens of lists. We’ve added a direct search bar in the left-side menu specifically for your Saved Lists.
🔘 Optimized “Send” Button Placement
Following a more logical “action flow,” we have moved the Send and Submit buttons to the bottom-right corner of the composition windows. This aligns with standard user behavior, ensuring your “final action” is always at the end of your visual path.
