Recruiters can now access Quick Notes from the bottom area of the screen and keep it available while reviewing candidate information.
- Take Notes Without Leaving the Screen: Users can add notes while reviewing a resume, profile, pipeline history, activities, documents, or any other candidate tab.
- Always Available: Instead of switching back and forth between tabs, Quick Notes can stay visible so recruiters can capture important details immediately.
📌 Dock Quick Notes Where You Need It
Users can open Quick Notes and dock it in the desired location based on how they prefer to work.
- Flexible Note Taking: While reviewing a resume, recruiters can keep Quick Notes docked on the screen and continue adding notes without interrupting their workflow.
- Better Use of Screen Space: Quick Notes can be shown only when needed, helping users keep the main candidate preview clean while still having notes one click away.
👤 Faster Candidate Access
We have also improved candidate navigation from the left-side menu.
- Active View Opens by Default: When users click Candidates from the left menu, Exelare now opens the Active candidate view by default.
- Fewer Clicks: Since Active Candidates is one of the most commonly used views, this saves time and reduces extra navigation steps.
- Additional Views Still Available: Users can continue to open other candidate views as needed, such as My Active, Activity, Archived, Duplicates, Saved Lists, and more.
