User Pricing

Annual NIRA Pricing Renewal Date: December 15th

Each year on the 15th of December we will gather the number of total users across all NIRA members, including any new users or NIRA members ready to commit. Depending on this total number, the pricing for each NIRA member will be as follows:

1-3 Users = $758.40/User/Year ($63.20/User/Year)
4-10 Users = $662.40/User/Year ($55.20/User/Year)
11-20 Users = $566.40/User/Year ($47.20/User/Year)
21+ Users = $470.40/User/Year ($39.20/User/Year)

Regardless of the user total on December 15th, each NIRA member will be responsible for paying user fees on the anniversary of their Exelare go-live date (not the NIRA Pricing Renewal Date). Their renewal price is based on the locked user tier price between their previous & current renewal. Each member firm will be billed directly for their annual user fees by Exelare’s billing team.

Annual payments are due upon client renewal (not the NIRA Pricing Renewal Date), and are non-refundable.

Data Conversions

Individual data conversions will be the responsibility of each company itself. Since each database is unique, the cost will vary. Data conversions are on a first come first served basis and will be completed based on an acceptable time between Exelare and the client company.

Macs & Chromebooks

Exelare is designed to work on Windows based computers. For anyone without a Windows computer (Apple, or Chromebook), we can provide you with a fully web based windows machine that you can access from anywhere. This machine would have Exelare pre-loaded for your convenience. This machine would not however include Office Programs such as Word, Outlook & Excel. Users would need to procure those programs on their own (we recommend Office365). The cost for this machine would be $180/Year ($15/Machine/Month).
