RingCentral Integration

Exelare now integrates with the industry leading Cloud Hosted Phone system, RingCentral!  As recruiting & staffing professionals, we spend a lot of time on the phone.  That means a lot of time spent picking up the phone and manually dialing phone numbers.   With the new Exelare + RingCentral integration, those days are over.  You can now click any active phone number in Exelare to automatically place outbound calls through your RingCentral account.  You can even use your RingCentral number to send text messages to clients and candidates!  Our internal team, and a small set of early beta tester clients have been raving about it.  Now its your turn to try it!  > Learn More

Send Emails from Pipeline xTabs

Today we made it easier to quickly email candidates in your pipeline.  From the Pipeline xTabs, you can now right click and email candidates individually, or your entire list of candidates at once.  This saves recruiters from needing to switch to a different pipeline view to email candidates that have been linked to, or applied to a specific job.  > Learn More

Update to LinkedIn Plugin

As everyone already knows by now, LinkedIn made a major change to their user interface recently.  As such, the Exelare Chrome Plugin was temporarily out of commission.  Our hard working team of developers worked day and night to completely re-write the plugin so it would work with the new design.  It took a few days, but we are happy to say that it is now working great!  If you haven’t already, make sure you have the Chrome plugin for LinkedIn installed.  > Learn More
