We are calling it ExelareMobile and it is available for iPhone, iPad and Android powered devices. Along with useful features like viewing & submitting resumes, we also have included calendar functionality and the ability to synchronize records to the native device. You can download the apps for free from the AppStore or Google Play and be up and running in minutes.
With the new mobile app you can:
- View & Search all of your companies, contacts, candidates & jobs
- View your cBizOne/Exelare Calendar
- Schedule calls or activities
- Send Emails
- View & submit resumes to contacts or jobs
- Add Notes and QNotes
- Sync Contacts, Candidates & Appointments with your phone (Android 4.0 & Higher)
Everything you do from the mobile app is automatically recorded inside of your cBizOne/Exelare database so you’ll never forget a thing.
How Do I Get the New Mobile App?
To download the mobile app, go to the AppStore from your iPhone or iPad, or Google Play from your Android phone or tablet. Search for “ExelareMobile”. The app is completely free for existing users, but you will need your Company ID, User Name & Password in order to access it. If you don’t know this information, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
ExelareMobile is available to cBizOne Cloud Users only.
