Efficiency Refined: Speed, Organization, and Integration

This update is designed to eliminate “click fatigue” and empower high-volume recruiters. We’ve overhauled the search experience, introduced lightning-fast keyboard navigation, and streamlined how you organize your daily talent pools.

1. High-Speed Candidate Screening

  • The “Pipeline Sprint”: When viewing a job, click Show Pipeline to enter a dedicated review mode.
  • Keyboard Navigation: Use CTRL + → (Right Arrow) to move to the next candidate and CTRL + ← (Left Arrow) to go back.
  • Double-Click Preview: Simply double-click anywhere on a record row to instantly open the preview window, bypassing menus entirely.

2. Advanced Real-Time Search

  • Live Search Bar: The grid now narrows results instantly as you type, providing immediate feedback on your database queries.
  • New “Enter Mode”: Located next to the settings icon, this mode allows you to stack multiple search criteria (e.g., Job Title + Location) before executing a single, unified search.
  • Smart Filter Logic: Refine results using Starts with, Contains, and Ends with operators for surgical precision.

3. Intelligent “Saved Lists” & Drag-and-Drop

  • Direct Menu Access: Saved Lists are now conveniently located directly under each entity (Candidates, Jobs, etc.) in the left sidebar.
  • Drag-and-Drop Organization: Grab a record from the grid and drop it into any Saved List to categorize it instantly.
  • Hierarchical Sub-Lists: Create sub-lists under your main Saved Lists to organize your daily desk (e.g., “Top Priority” vs. “Follow-up”).

4. Microsoft Teams Integration

  • In-App Scheduling: Book Microsoft Teams calls and interviews directly from within the Exelare platform.
  • One-Click Join: Jump into your scheduled Teams meetings directly from your Exelare dashboard.

5. UI & Personalization

  • Clean Grid Design: We’ve decluttered the grid; the three-dot ellipsis now houses all primary actions.
  • Floating Previews: Enable the Floating Column option to keep record details pinned to the side while you browse.
  • Centralized Quick Add: The Quick Add (+) button has moved to the center of the top header for easy access.
  • New Typography: Choose your favorite font from presets like Lexend, Inter, Roboto, Poppins, and Nunito.
  • Modernized Layout: Sign-out and Settings have moved to the top-right corner to maximize sidebar workspace.
Pro Tip: Use Live Search to find your candidates, Drag-and-Drop them into a Saved List, and then use Keyboard Shortcuts to screen them. It’s the fastest way to work through a desk!
